Match Report - Round 3 - Roots Football League Season 8

After Matchday 3 of RFL season 8, in the Under 8 category, both the matches were close and competitive with Unitus Capital Cheetahs and PN Rao Hawks both winning their respective matches by a one goal margin against BLK Lions and Jobsforher Eagles respectively.

In the Under 10 category, BLK Lions won their match against PN Rao Hawks by a huge margin of 8-3, with Bhuvan Chandra Reddy scoring 5 goals for BLK Lions. Stallions won their game against Unibic Sharks by a 4-1 margin with Avanindra Naik scoring 3 goals for Stallions. Jobsforher Eagles won their match against Bisons by a huge 7-2 margin with Samanyu Sudhakar scoring 4 goals for the Eagles. Unitus Capital Cheetahs won their match against Loggerheads Rhinos by a slender 6-5 margin with Dhruv Prabhakar scoring 4 goals for the Cheetahs.

In the under 12 category, all the matches were closely-contested, exciting games. BLK Lions drew their match against Jobsforher Eagles 2-2. Unibic Sharks defeated Loggerheads Rhinos 2-1. Bisons defeated Stallions 3-2. PN Rao Hawks defeated Unitus Capital Cheetahs 1-0 with Agastya Dutta scoring the lone goal of the match for the Hawks.

In the Under 15 category, Loggerheads Rhinos defeated PN Rao Hawks 8-6 with Prateek Nambiar scoring 3 and Syed Affan scoring 2 goals for the Rhinos. Unibic Sharks defeated Jobsforher Eagles 6-5 with Danush Roshan scoring 4 goals for the Sharks. Unitus Capital Cheetahs defeated BLK Lions 6-2 with Mohamed Zidan Makandar scoring 4 goals for the Cheetahs and AjayArjun N Manikantan scoring the only 2 goals for the Lions.
