Since the season is spread across 2 months, we know it might not be possible for all children to attend all matches. Children should not miss matches unless in unavoidable circumstances or emergencies. In case you are unable to attend a match ensure that the team coach and manager are given prior notice. Children who miss 2 matches in a row without legitimate reasons might not be allowed to take further part in the league.
How can parents get involved?
We encourage parents to get involved as coaches or managers. You could also volunteer in helping run the league. Otherwise you could just come to the pitch as a spectator and cheer your child and other participants of the league. Parents are expected to follow the parental code of conduct and encourage others to follow the same as well.
