About
Roots Football League (RFL) is an initiative of Game On Sports Management Pvt. Ltd. (www.GameOnSports.in) to encourage more children to play football and provide them an opportunity to play matches against other children of same age group.
- Platform:The League is a platform for junior football players to participate in an organized playing environment
- Parents Involvement:Played during weekends to encourage parents’ active involvement – parent coaches/ parent managers
- League Format:The League is conducted over a three month period (season), giving maximum exposure to participants.
- Football Movement:Encourage more and more children in the age-group to take up football as their preferred Sports, thus broadening the base of football in our community
- Opportunity for Individuals to play a team Sport:Allows any individual players who is interested in football but does not have a team to play with, to be part of the movement
Age Categories:
- Under 15
- Born on or after 1/1/2005 and on or before 31/12/2007
- Under 12
- Born on or after 1/1/2008 and on or before 31/12/2009
- Under 10
- Born on or after 1/1/2010 and on or before 31/05/2012
- Under 8
- Born on or after 1/6/2012 and on or before 31/12/2014
Format:League Format (around 6-8 teams in each category, with each team playing around 5-7 matches)
Duration:January 2020 – February 2020 (on weekends)

Registration Fee: Rs. 3850/- per person (inclusive of GST @ 18%) Complimentary Kit: (1 set jersey and shorts)
Additional Convenience Fee of ~2% charged by payment partner .Team Formation: Players will be distributed to different teams based on skill
